There is hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of different heads at IMVU and the shapes are endless. The face shape you chose to use at IMVU can be everything from realistic to unrealistic. It’s your pick and you can create your look!

For the photos below I have used the same pose and products so you will be able to spot the difference between the faces. The first head has a round shape and makes your avatar looks young. Second one is square and is perfect for modeling and if you want beautiful bone structure. Last, the third, is oval and works for pretty much everyone.

Every morning when I look outside it is grey or still dark. I couldn’t be more ready for spring and see as the earth comes back to life. So to get out from the depressing state of grey I’ve started to use more and more colorful nail polish. Normally I go with classic french nails but since I want to get that extra energy boost the nails is now days colored.

But why the nails? It’s simple. You use your hands all the time, they are always in front of you. Even if you don’t notice them all the time, but they are still there. The color doesn’t have to be vibrant or bright, just colored. The eye takes in the impression from the color and it leaves a happy print in your mind.

Short hair delux

Trends comes and goes and finally it is time for the short hairstyle to shine! I know short hairs aren’t for everyone. Myself I love short hair but I do not think it suits me that well. When it comes to your avatar it is important to have the right head, eyebrows and of course the right type of hairstyle. My top 3 favorites right now are these:

Warm and cold tones

More and more have I fallen in love with darker skin tones on IMVU over the past years. Back in the days it was light skins or tanned skin. It was really hard to find a good dark/ebony skin. They could look very muddy and was not very flattering in any way. Today the shop is full of beautiful made dark/ebony skins and thank goodness for that.

One of my favorite creator of ebony skins are Tchades. You can find all sorts of skin tones from her and one of the rares thing with her shop is that you can find both warm tones and cold tones! Normally when you found a creator that make skins you like, he or she used to create a varying range of different shades from lighter to darker but not the privilege to choose between different undertones. That is why I love Tchades products. All kinds of tones to all kinds of people!
